Terms

What this covers

These terms cover thegm10.com, the website you are reading. They do not cover the GM10 app, because it has not been released. When it is, it will have its own terms and you will be asked to agree to them then.

What the site does

It describes what GM10 is being built to be, and it takes two kinds of form submission: a pre-registration so we can email you when we open, and a request from shop owners who would like to appear on the podcast.

Everything else you see here is a description of unreleased software. Screens, features and figures shown on the home page illustrate what is being built. They are not a product you can use today and not a promise about what will ship or when.

Pre-registering is not an account

Giving us your email address on the free form reserves nothing, costs nothing, and creates no account. It means we will email you when GM10 opens. You can ask us to remove your address at any time — see Privacy. The Charter Founder pre-sale below is the separate, paid path.

The Charter Founder pre-sale

Separately from free pre-registration, you can commit to your first year of GM10 Pro before launch, at the founder rate. This is the one thing on this site that costs money, so here are its terms in plain words:

The price is $179 — paid once, covering year one. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own page; GM10 never sees or stores your card number.

Your year starts on launch day, not on the day you pay. You are not paying for the months we are still building in. We do not promise a launch date.

Fully refundable until launch. Email billman@thegm10.com from the address you signed up with, any time before launch, and the payment is returned in full. No reason needed.

After year one, your founder rate continues at the original price, and the founder badge on your profile is permanent. Rates are reviewed no more than once every 12 months, and founder rates are honoured unless platform economics genuinely require an adjustment — which we would tell you about, in writing, with at least 30 days’ notice.

Paying also pre-registers you: we will email you before launch and on launch day.

Submitting a podcast request

Sending the podcast form is a request, not a booking. We may or may not get in touch, and we make no commitment to feature any shop. Please only submit details you are entitled to share — if you give a contact name or phone number for somebody else, make sure they are content for you to do that.

Using the site fairly

Please do not attempt to break the site, submit other people's details, automate the forms, or use the content here to pass yourself off as GM10. The forms are rate-limited and protected against automated submission; working around that is not on.

What is ours

The GM10 name, logo, and the words and images on this site belong to GM10. Card names, set names and the trademarks of card manufacturers, sports leagues and publishers belong to their respective owners, and appear here only to describe the hobby.

No warranty, while we are pre-launch

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and any figures shown on it are illustrative rather than market data you should rely on.

Changes

These terms will be replaced — first by the reviewed version, and later by real product terms when there is a product to govern. The date at the top changes when the page does.
